Royal Ascot is just around the corner, and Berkshire’s Big Red Bus Company is ready to whisk you aboard one of our iconic open-top buses so you can really have a day to remember.

On Tuesday 18th June 2024, we will be making our way to the beautiful race course that is Ascot.

For £55 per person (for groups of 6 of more there is a £5 per person discount), here’s what you can expect:

• Convenient Pick-Up Points: Our first pick-up point will be from the Angel Bar in Caversham (09:45), followed by Reading Train Station (10:00), and then Woodley/Sonning (10:15), before heading to Royal Ascot.
• Bubbly Welcome: As soon as you step on board, you’ll be greeted with a glass of bubbly to kick off the festivities.
• Prime Parking: We’ll be parking at coach park 8C inside the racecourse itself, offering you a fantastic view of the course and races. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the enclosures, ensuring you don’t miss any of the action.
• Ticket Information: The package includes transportation to and from Royal Ascot, along with a couple of glasses of bubbly on the way there. However, please note that entry to the Royal Ascot enclosures is not included.
• Enclosure Options: For those yet to purchase enclosure tickets, consider the Heath enclosure for a cost-effective option. Located right next to coach park 8C, it offers a relaxed atmosphere and basic amenities, including toilets, bars, and bookmakers. Entry is typically around £10 (TBA for this year), payable on the day. No matter which enclosure you purchase your tickets for,  you will only be a 3 to 4 minute walk from the bus, due the fantastic location we have secured.
• Dress Code: There’s no formal dress code for the Heath enclosure, but smart attire is encouraged. Please avoid fancy dress, novelty clothing, or bare chests.
• Picnic Options: Feel free to bring your own picnic. Folded picnic chairs and blankets are permitted in the Heath Enclosure, and picnics can be carried in hampers or cool boxes. If you prefer not to carry your picnic, you’re welcome to leave it on the bus and enjoy it there before entering the enclosure. Please check the Royal Ascot website for their food and alcohol policy.
• At the end of the day the bus will leave Royal Ascot, 45 minutes after the last race.
• Package Price: All of this comes at a great value of £55 per person.
